Digital Delivery
Paid products are delivered electronically after purchase. You should receive access to your download through the order confirmation page and/or purchase email.
Please save your files after downloading them. Download links and account access may not remain available indefinitely.
Refund Policy
Because digital products can be downloaded and retained immediately after purchase, sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to help with legitimate technical or billing issues, including:
Duplicate purchases
Incorrect charge amounts
Broken or inaccessible download links
Corrupted or incomplete files
A product file that does not match its description
If you need help, contact us through the website and include the email address used at checkout, the product purchased, and a brief description of the issue.
