The Garden That I Have Been Growing In My Head For Decades

I have spent more than thirty years growing vegetables, fruit, trees, and just about every kind of garden project that can go right - or teach you something when it does not. (I’ll put a few pictures of past gardens below.)

But gardening always felt like it was missing one of the things I loved most: mythology, folklore, sacred plants, old stories, and landscapes that carry meaning.

Now that my off-grid homestead is mostly complete - which is a generous use of the word “complete” - I am finally building the mythology garden I have imagined for decades.

This website and my YouTube channel follow the real work: the research, planning systems, maps, guides, experiments, mistakes, and the gradual transformation of an ordinary piece of land into something more intentional.
